Killer Queen (キラークイーン, Kirā Kuīn) is the Stand of Yoshikage Kira, featured in JoJolion. I generally favor King Crimson in these kinds of situations, since its ability goes beyond just time and alters fate, but that's pure speculation on my part and I have very little evidence in support of it. Otherwise, Diavolo would be blown up like anyone else. If Diavolo had no interest in learning Kira's identity and simply decided to kill anyone nearby who saw his face, Kira would either be completely screwed, or would have to undo BtD and use Killer Queen to protect himself. Since that'd be truly unknown anything can happen (imagine Diavolo skipping the explosion but not the time rewind: thus Diavolo goes back an hour ago, you may even end up with two Diavolos at the same time (would they get fucked up a la D4C?).
