If you think she is, you need to try a different instructor. I've been to many Pilates studios and I know when I come across a good instructor and Jamie isn't one. Can't wait to go back! He offers a great class if you're up for challenging your body. The lady at check-in was very polite, the gym overall was clean and smelled fine to me.
I can already see the difference on my body and it has been barely 2 weeks of class after now working out for MONTHS. This place truly kicked my ass. But I also love the yoga options to balance out. I originally purchased a Groupon, but loved this studio so much that I am now a loyal Pure Pilates attendee. I left class feeling great.
There many other studios so we will check that our next before considering this place again. I'm from San Francisco but am in town for the holidays, and Erin was so welcoming for my first class here at Pure Pilates! Yoga, Fitness, Health, Wellness, Home Workouts. Want to be even more precise in form? I'm used to the newer reformer machines so these threw me off a bit but Erin was super helpful. She warmed up to me a little when she thought she knew me from another location in Los Angeles-- (because I told her I train at Pilates studios in LA) but that was short lived with many other rude mistakes she made along the way. However I would rather pay more to have an organized studio. I had to give a lower rating because of the inconsistent schedule. Can't wait to go back because I already feel the burn! I took my first-ever pilates class at Pure Pilates HB and now I'm hooked!

It was just really frustrating, the whole workout felt unproductive because the resistance was not properly aligned to my level, and I did not feel supported by Kris at all.
