Staff really helpful and friendly. Visited Sunday to Tuesday with my husband.Really impressed on arriving.

I have spoken to our Quality Manager and she is most concerned to learn that you felt the responsibility had been pointed to you, this was certainly not her intention. I was offered a room upgrade if I ever came back which I don't plan to as I found the whole experience very disheartening and overpriced. All family rooms offer ensuite bathrooms, complimentary Wi-Fi, tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge. Dinner I would highly recommend. Room was spotless. With a similar rugged landscape, the Burren’s visitor center shows several walking trails you can trek to take in the amazing scenery.

Slieve Russell The Slieve Russell Hotel provides luxury hotel accommodation in a tranquil setting. Surrounding activities Restaurant food and staff were impeccable, bar was excellent and I cant speak highly enough about the bar staff in the golf club - they are stars.Rooms were comfortable, clean and modern. After the bar staff ignoring me and serving a number of others who had since joined the "queue" I asked for a strawberry daiquiri...it was that bitter and off taste that I couldn’t even drink it. Then had a beautiful meal in the restaurant with a complementary bottle of Prosecco for the birthday celebrations. Stayed for 2 nights , the hotel was fabulous and the facilities amazing, we ate in restaurant and the bar service and both were equally as good , breakfast was more than good and very plentiful, staff were very nice and really helpful, I would go back againMore. Breakfast in the morning would have fed a dray horse and was first class. From Dublin's buzzing streets to Derry~Londonderry’s ancient walls, Ireland's cities are a joy. Refused to have them the second night and had chips instead with the decent seabass option. Having said this the room was silence itself, excellent sound suppression.
