I don't think that many people will be playing this on a 320x240 screen these days.. high res 1080p and retina displays on things are becoming more common. You can simply lower resolution, everything will get bigger and you won't lose any detail since the game is 2D.

I bought this on gog a while ago and while browsing the store front I stumbled upon this and remembered that I own a copy. Just Shift+LeftClick and then select the size of the two resulting stacks.
