I woke up leaning sideways every morning. My review would be 4.6 out of 5 if I had the option. I was beyond frustrated to be without a bed to sleep in. A lot of reviews give this mattress at 7 out of 10 on firmness, well I'm saying 8 or even 8 1/2 but I think once its all worked in it will be a 7 or 8. Any size is available upon request but with most models you are limited to being smaller than a King mattress.

From there I was then told that since I had my mattress for 10 months (even though they know from the beginning how long I had my mattress) that I was responsible for the mold because mold can be caused by spills, accidents, or sweat and my warranty was no longer valid as it was my fault.
It's a firm mattress yes but not in a bad way because my husband can't stand what I would call a normal firm mattress, it's kind of hard to describe it's firm at first but it forms to you so you don't notice it so much if that makes since. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon.

Approx. First off, let me state by saying there was a mix up and I was sent the wrong size, after sending the unopened box back I was told I would receive the correct size within 3 days, nearly 10 days later I contact amazon support again and turns out my purchase had been stuck in the pending stage and was not even being prepared to ship. Customer service is very important when you buy anything online, and they really did a great job. Ugh!

Wish I could return for an actual mattress, but the box was so damaged, we threw it out- bought the 8” for our daughter in a full which is a DREAM, but the 10” of the same mattress is a NIGHTMARE!
