Overall experience was sub standard check-in from receptionists was quick and easy we were assigned a room over locking the car park which was a bit noisy during the night, the room itself was a bit out-dated and needed refurbishments and the hook on the back of the bathroom door was hanging off with the screw lying on the floor that might have caused an accident, we were part of the small wedding party the dinner itself was very bland with no taste what so ever which was a disappointment halfway through my dinner we found hair mixed in the rice which I alerted one of the staff members I was asked if I wanted a replacement but was imminently put off the main course with what I had just found within my food I was later told by the same gentleman that it must have been missed into, Our wedding was there Thursday gone and my wife and I cannot say enough about this amazing venue.
