in reality you're holding 2 hands on your controller and in-game you are holding with only one and you still have a non-moving left hand!!! please do share your opinion. I hated the teleportation, the derpy arm was annoying, I was fumbling with the controls, but another hour and it started to click. Id software is the game dev still around I respect the most.
Move controllers don't have anything but 180 turning, which is on one of the buttons. There is full locomotion with the Aim, you have to enable it in the settings. I have Farpoint, but I haven't played it yet, so I can't compare, but I didn't have any issues with accuracy in Doom. AKA PSVR, PS VR, PlayStationVR and formerly Project Morpheus. I really want to play Doom, but want to know that the patch changes a few things as far as the AIM usage goes.
In Farpoint, it mimics near enough every moment you do in game with the gun. I'm not really looking at the weapon while trying t survive ;), I agree with you.
People's gripes are fair, but I think people overstate the problems with the game and are often trying to use the sights like in sunshine or farpoint.
The Move implementation really isn't terrible; if you invest the time to learn it the game becomes a very different experience and a very different take on the franchise. You always run, you always shoot from the hip, you never stand still, you run over every armor shard and health pack you see, you shotgun everything in the face and save the big guns for the big monsters. Which didn't arrive. Like someone else said, you want to shoot from the hip, but it was very accurate when I played.

Full locomotion on the front stick, positional turning on the back stick, teleportation on the L1 button, free head motion while moving/turning, and free aiming with the pointer. But in Doom, it sort of just bobs up and down and sometimes just floats around in a jarring motion.

Must be the best looking PSVR game. That level of control is way more important to me than seeing two hands. Thanks. The trick is that it's better to shoot from the hip, don't pay attention to the graphical depiction of the gun, and look where your shots land.
