We just came from gold's gym in Killeen texas and was inquiring about the monthly rates but that one chic in the front was so rude and told us that she can't give monthly rates nor even give us a tour. That is such a joke to me. I advise you to use the gym on base if you can or anything other than this place that will charge you even if you have to cancel your card from a fraud notice they don't care you will be charged. They will suck you dry out of your money.. and cancelling the membership is a pain in the ass... horrible customer  DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM. They are similar to companies like Blue Shield of California, Health Net, Concentra, L'OCCITANE en Provence, Molina Healthcare, Anytime Fitness, Life Time Fitness. I am not even joking when I tell you that I called this line 100 times over the span of 2 days WAITING FOR MY CALL TO BE ANSWERED.
