February 2016 After all those scenes with Jowan, and Alistair suggesting we head to the circle of magi to get Lirruim, I decided to head the the Arl's study to retrieve the locket. Some of the elves had clear skin/eyes, but not eveyone and despite any efforts I couldn't get it fixed and had to reinstall. Allowed to progress past the bit of path where it was crashing, but then crashes 20 seconds later while fighting the enemies immediately after the path. mileyfrustrated: Unfortunately, the game crashes right as the cutscene ends (including when I skip it with escape), before it gets a chance to load. I left pretty much all mod elements on, is this too much for the game?

All was working well until after I defeated Redcliff Village and entered the castle.
I removed mods and put them back one at a time to see which one was causing the issue. When logged in, you can choose up to 12 games that will be displayed as favourites in this menu.
Once I get center where the statues are the game crashes I get "Dragon Age Origins has stopped responding" I have so many mods and my override is so large I am lost just looking at it.
March 2015 I'm pretty sure it's due to a mod named ''Improved Atmosphere''.
Hit [ Esc ] as soon as the cutscene starts. I'm crashing repeatedly at literally the same place. After removing Improved Atmosphere, I was able to go past the woman sitting by the boat. I had an issue with City Elf Origin. I'll probably try and keep a few of the files in Improved Atmoshere and delete the ones that affect the Awakening expansion and see if the problem persists. I got the same problem when I enter further in the village of the swamp, when in the fade, My game crash. - last edited If that fails, register your copy on Origin and get the digital download. I'm gonna go uninstall it now and see if it helps and I'll report back.
I googled and searched on forums for someone who may have had a similar crash at the same place as me, but I could find no one.

For those that still run into this issue and are running the Improved Atmosphere mod that is causing the crash, there is a "fixpack" on the Nexus site that fixed it for me.
If you have the same issue as (game crashes after/during your nightmare with the dragon and darkspawn) then all you have to do is to unequip modded weapons and armours prior to exiting Lothering.

I did some searching (Though possibly not well enough) about this issue, but I've now fought the archdemon three times (In the exact same campaign) and after each time, (Per my story, spoilers ahead) Alistar was made king alone, and then once it attempts to load the next section it crashes.I honestly doubt it has anything to do with my hardware. EDIT; Verifying game cache did not work.

Not Working ! March 2013. Trending chevron_right. That's exactly what i did and i haven't had a crash since. Because if so, I'm getting a crash in the exact same place and can't work out if it's being caused by one of the mods I have active.
