It's ridiculously cheap and yet somehow not crowded or bare bones, there is a ton of available cardio equipment, innumerable weight machines and plenty of space to do all kinds of weird, socially awkward, free spirited lifts without stepping on anyone. This gym is great. I wish the Dumbbells went up to at least 100's (only up to 75). For the price you will never find something even close to this gym in Toronto all brand new equipment not so good for meat heads or serious bodybuilders but for the regular folks that want be in shape without breaking the bank this is your gym they have a fictional training area for your CrossFit type workout they don't have bumper plates didn't ask if they will have in the future though.
Also included is tanning and discounts at the juice bar. Clean, machines all seem new, huge cardio floor, lots of well maintained machines on the third floor. You also get bottled water and gatorade at half price.

Honestly, this place puts Goodlife to shame. I was in town for business and found this studio next to my hotel.
The bulk payment option is really only for international or exchange students who aren't natives. This gives access to everything that Option A does, including their cross fit/functional room, tanning rooms, massage rooms and also (and this is probably why I will upgrade to this plan if/when I do) unlimited +1 guest passes, given that the guest enters and leaves with you, which of course isn't a problem. Yet). I've been a member at GoodLife and Extreme Fitness back and forth over the years however nothing stood out enough to make me want to review those gyms. Hone Fitness has it all! Weight area has a great range of equipment lacking only really in dumbells over 75lbs. This place has been my gym ever since I had to stop using my university gym. I signed up during their pre-sale so the enrolment fee was waived (saved $130) current its $22.61 after tax with a maintenance fee after the first year, and every year after. You need to bring your own lock here, and it's a bummer and I always lose my locks. But of course, there's just a slight catch: a registration fee of $129. After I started paying for their $20 membership which includes the orange room full of cross training equipments. For the price especially, the quality and quantity of equipment and level of cleanliness are superb. The owner Rick, is so friendly and knows his stuff. Our specialty is fitness. This gives access to the cardio and weights room (which pretty much means everything from squat racks to benches to dumbbells), lockers, showers and the other basic amenities. Has a wicked patio which gives members and healthy minded neighbors a place to hang out. All Classes are for Men, Women and Youth.
It was the best fitness studio I have ever been at. There is special deadlifting space, lots of squat racks and a big chill "premium members only" area that's perfect for stretching, bodyweight exercises and the like. Other cheaper gyms like Fit4Less has the cost down but don't have some of the most essential weight lifting equipments. Again, most places have at least 100 - not sure what's up with that.
She took my tags on the day I cancelled and made notes about the situation for the boss and then Noone reaches out to resolve the situation. I missed YSFC so much when it closed, and I love that this gym isn't pushy, and is generally very casual with helpful staff. Under new Ownership/new facility since April 1st, 2019!!
