@swagpack: Kars does actually do those things in the novel and I didn't even mention how Kars gets EVERY stand and upgrades them to ultimate status he then upgrades them again by achieving Heaven(so now The World Ultimate is now The World Over Heaven Ultimate) and he uses all these new powers to completely change many universes back to the way they were before Pucci messed everything up.
