And TBH I had not considered these extra “ab 5” exercises in my thought process…I like what you suggest that Criss Cross addresses the side body. My understanding is that when Jay studied with Joe Pilates that Joe called the exercises ‘Single Leg Pull’ and ‘Double Leg Pull.’ Just my speculation based on what Jay calls them , Thanks so much for listing classical order! Now we have arrived at the extension exercises – a lot of tough work for the back – but now it's all ready to go, thanks to the previous 11-14 exercises.
