It's great going to a place that the trainers honestly care about how you are doing and want to help you get better. Her experience, positive attitude and push to drive me has really helped.
What I also like about this gym is that I feel very welcomed and appreciated, I don't get judged for not having the "perfect figure" and the staff genuinely care about helping members reach their goals and have good and safe workouts.
